The current 20-serving formula lists one scoop as approximately 19 g with 60 calories and the following actives per serving: L-Citrulline 8,000 mg, L-Taurine 2,000 mg, GlycerSize (65% glycerol powder) 2,000 mg, Betaine Anhydrous 2,000 mg, and Nitrosigine (inositol-stabilized arginine silicate) 750 mg. Other ingredients vary slightly by flavor and may include citric acid, natural and artificial flavors, sweeteners, glucose polymers, and color; some flavors note tree nut (coconut) in the “contains” statement. 

Some flavors and earlier lots show a 25-serving legacy panel with a 14 g scoop that includes vitamins and botanicals alongside the pump blend.
