Orders that are received by 2:00 PM are processed on the same working day, which allows us to begin the dispatch process quickly. Orders placed after the 2:00 PM cutoff time are processed on the next working day. This structured approach helps us maintain a consistent workflow and enhances our ability to manage orders effectively.

Please note that if you order on Friday after 2:00 PM, Saturday, or Sunday, your order will be sent on Monday  (excluding bank holidays).

Please be aware that our delivery estimates are calculated from the date of dispatch, rather than the date of purchase. This method allows us to provide you with more accurate delivery timelines. We believe in maintaining transparency with our delivery processes, ensuring you receive clear and precise information about when to expect your order. This clarity is crucial, particularly during busy periods or when external factors such as weather or logistic issues might impact delivery times.

Items under this service are typically delivered within 2-4 working days, excluding Bank Holidays.   • Orders Under £150: For orders that do not meet the £150 threshold and weigh under 2kg, we dispatch these via Royal Mail (2nd Class) at a modest fee of £3.69. This service is designed to provide a balance between cost and speed, ensuring that your items arrive safely within a reasonable timeframe.

Express Shipping (2-3 Working Days):

  • Faster Delivery Option: For those who need their items more swiftly, we offer an express delivery service that aims to deliver your purchases within 1-2 working days. This service is priced at £4.90 for 1st Class express shipping. While our couriers have a high success rate in meeting these timelines, please note that next-day delivery is not guaranteed. This option is perfect for customers looking for a faster, yet still economical, delivery solution.

Next Day Delivery (1 Working Day):

  • The Fastest Delivery Option: For those seeking even faster delivery, we offer Next Day Delivery (1 working day) service. Prices are £12.75 for packages up to 2kg, £20.75 for packages weighing 2kg – 10kg, and £31.75 for packages weighing 10kg – 20kg .Please note that we do not offer next-day delivery for orders over 20kg.
    Please note that Free shipping over £150 does not apply to this shipping method.

Heavy Items (Over 2kg):

  • Special Handling for Bulkier Products: Orders weighing more than 2kg require special handling due to their size and weight. These orders are dispatched via DHL/UKMail, which are experienced in managing and delivering heavier and bulkier parcels efficiently. This service ensures that your larger items are handled with care and delivered within the expected time frame.For these orders, the following shipping options and rates apply:
    • Standard Shipping (3-5 working days) for packages weighing 2kg – 10kg costs £7.39, and 10kg – 20kg costs £10.99.
    • Express Shipping (2-3 working days) for packages weighing 2kg – 10kg is priced at £9.90, and 10kg – 20kg costs £12.49.
    • Next Day Delivery for packages weighing 2kg – 10kg costs £20.75, and 10kg – 20kg costs £31.75.

Special Considerations:

  • Out of Stock and Back Orders:
    • If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will place it on back order and inform you of the anticipated delivery date. During this period, you have the option to:
      • Select an alternative item that is in stock.
      • Receive other items from your order first, with back-ordered items to follow as soon as they become available.
      • Cancel your order entirely.
  • To Order Items:
    • Certain items displayed on our website or in our showroom may not be immediately in stock but are available for order from our suppliers. Typically, these items arrive at our local shop within 48 hours and are dispatched on the next working day.
