Equipment

  • 1 Waffle maker

Ingredients
  

  • 50 grams Quakers oats
  • 1 Large egg
  • 26 grams Protein powder (With our choice optimum nutrition casein)
  • 1 tsp Cinamon
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 125 grams Greek yoghurt

Instructions
 

  • 1.Blend the oats into a fine flour.
    2.Combine all ingredients in a bowl, mix well, and let the batter rest for about 5 minutes.
    3.Preheat the waffle maker.
    4.Lightly coat the waffle maker with olive oil spray or non-stick spray.
    5.Pour in the batter and cook for 3–5 minutes until golden brown.
    6.Serve and enjoy!
